In the summer of 2023 I decided to visit Faroe Islands. I never been on these Islands, but what I saw I knew it will be a great opportunity to film new material for a new VR App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I already had experience with creating the Visit Madeira App, I knew exactly how and where to film. What views look good in VR and how to record all the sounds, even if it is windy. What I did not expect was, that half of the time we were there it will be raining or at least drizzling.. This is a show stopper for me, as I cant operate my special camera in rain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visit Faroe Islands is an app, meant for people, which like to travel, but maybe can not for some reason, might it be healt, or financial. This way I want to give an opportunity to experience the Faroe Islands, as you would be there, even if you physically cant. It is meant for everybody who likes high quality 360 3D videos in maximum possible resolution (due to Quest 2 and 3 limitations in 5.7K) with spatial sound (where possible, because sometimes it was just too windy). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
