What is collected and why
We do not keep or track any data from users using the Visit Madeira app. No IP addresses, no Email, no account names or phone numbers are collected.
Log Data
During the use of our Visit Madeira app, it is possible that in the case of an error, we will collect data and information (through third party products) on your headset called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our App, the time and date of your use of the App, and other statistics.

Usage and public usage
By buying a copy of the App, you agree to use it only for your own personal purposes and only on 1 headset. Any public use, broadcast, or share is prohibited and must be agreed prior with the owner of the App. Any use for touristic purposes, for example in a tourist agency must be discussed with the owner of the app and by failing to do so is considered as a violation of Privacy Policy.
